I’m Matt, founder of Unclouded Digital. My journey into digital wellness isn’t just professional—it’s personal.

I’ve spent years at the intersection of technology and human behavior—working in product management, deeply immersed in digital ecosystems, and also as a licensed therapist, helping people navigate the complexities of mental health. I know firsthand the immense power technology holds, both as a tool for growth and as a trap that can pull us into distraction, burnout, and disconnection.

For a long time, I was caught in that loop myself—constantly plugged in, always optimizing, yet somehow feeling more fragmented. I saw the same struggle play out across high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. The same story over and over—overstimulation, scattered focus, and a creeping sense that time was slipping away.
